Message	That car is a mess. You will be in safety boost as far as boost levels until you put in the boost controller. The ecu is not in safety boost though. The boost jets he added are not doing anything as he removed all the stock solenoids and such. When you do this you have to use a boost controller to raise the boost. Boost jets are made to work with the stock solenoids so since those all gone they wont do anything.
